Chloé was established in 1952 by Gaby Aghion a Parisian of Egyptian origin. Chloé was the first house of luxury ready-to-wear, and became successful straight away. In 1966, Karl Lagerfeld became the main designer of the brand, and many celebrities and royalties started to wear the brand.
